Frequently Asked Questions

I want to move, do you provide free estimation?

We will provide you with an estimate free of charge based on the information you have provided to us. Please remember that estimates are not legally binding and the final cost of your move includes other factors such as the actual time it takes for your movers to efficiently and effectively do the job.

What should I do after I receive the estimates?

Once you receive your estimate you can reserve your moving date with a non-refundable $100 deposit that will be applied to your final bill. Please remember that we will not hold a date for you without a deposit so your date may be sold to someone else until the deposit is made.

Is there a minimum fee for your services?

Yes, every move is subject to a 3-hour minimum ($300) regardless of actual time taken, any additional time will be billed in quarter-hour increments.

What should I do if my belongings got damaged during the move?

We will of course try to be as careful as possible throughout the move but from time to time accidents do happen and damages may occur. We reserve the right to compensate (Actual Cash Value) for the damage. If there is damage, you must notify your Crew immediately. After every move, your crew members will complete a damage report before they leave your site. If for some reason you discover damages after the move, please call our office within 24hrs of your move. Please remember we can only insure damages that occur within our immediate control. We will not cover damages if we believe that the contents of a box may not have been properly packed.

How and when should I pay?

We do not accept late payments, payments are due in full the day of the move. We accept cashiers check, cash and all major credit or debit cards. You will receive a receipt via email immediately as payment is received. Please note that all credit card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee.

Should I provide tip?

Tipping your movers is totally at your discretion, it is never required. If you feel like your Move Crew has worked extra hard during your move any amount is greatly appreciated.  Should you choose to leave a tip you may add it to the bill at the end of the move and have it charged to your card, or you may tip your movers with cash.

For safety reasons, we reserve the right to send the number of movers that we feel are necessary to move your items without injuring our crew members and to complete the job in a timely manner.

We also must protect our crew members, we reserve the right to decline a move if the circumstances are not safe for our crew members.

About us

The NWA Move Crew started in January of 2018 because of the growing need for more professional movers in the area. In addition to the demand for these services, many “movers” in our area are giving our industry a bad name.
